Protecting what matters. Standing up for you.

Robert Mazzola’s commitment to personal injury law is personal. He has experienced the impact of serious harm within his own family and seen how difficult it can be to obtain answers, meaningful representation, and fair compensation. Those experiences helped shape his belief that people deserve to be heard—and have someone prepared to act on their behalf.

His work in intellectual property began with protecting what people had worked hard to build. Personal injury law extends that purpose to their health, independence, and ability to provide for the people who depend on them.

Robert helped build Appelblatt Mazzola around that conviction. When an injury disrupts your life, he wants to understand what has changed: the work you cannot do, the expenses you did not expect, and the everyday things that have become difficult. His aim is to make those losses understood and pursue the compensation your case supports.

The details matter. So does who puts them together.

Robert brings a background in corporate law, intellectual property, and civil disputes to his personal injury practice. His experience includes patent prosecution at Haynes and Boone and technology licensing work at NewsBreak—work requiring close attention to complex records, precise language, and negotiation.

For an injured client, his focus is practical: examine the evidence, question unsupported assumptions, and explain how the harm has affected your life. A persuasive claim needs to connect what happened with what it has cost you.

At Appelblatt Mazzola, Robert combines that analytical approach with a personal commitment to helping clients seek accountability and move forward.
