Before founding Appelblatt & Mazzola, LLP, Damon gained experience working alongside respected trial attorneys and learning from diverse perspectives within the California legal community. Now based in Illinois while his wife completes her medical residency, Damon continues to serve clients throughout California, maintaining close ties to the courts, professionals, and communities where his practice began. Robert Mazzola
Robert Mazzola is a corporate and intellectual property lawyer who has expanded his practice to include civil litigation and personal injury. For more than three years, Robert has successfully managed his own law practice, handling matters from initial intake through trial preparation and resolution. His experience spans both transactional and litigation work, giving him a practical edge in representing clients in disputes where business and IP concerns intersect with litigation strategy.
Drawing on a strong background in corporate and patent law, Robert brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to transactions and litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in California, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the TTAB.
